Free Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2 to 5 business days. Available for orders over $10, exclusively for the contiguous United States. Also available for orders over $200 USD shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and Canada. Orders are typically processed in 1-3 business days. The estimated arrival date is displayed during checkout if the order ships within 1 business day.

USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery in 1 to 3 business days, with deliveries from Monday through Saturday. Orders are processed within 1 business day.

FedEx Ground: Estimated delivery in 1 to 5 business days, with deliveries from Monday through Saturday. FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. Orders are processed within 1 business day.

USPS Express Mail: Guaranteed delivery in 1 to 2 business days, with deliveries from Monday through Sunday in most areas. A signature is required. Orders are processed within 1 business day.

USPS First Class: Estimated delivery in 2 to 7 business days, with deliveries from Monday through Saturday.

FedEx Overnight and 2 Day: These express options are available for Monday through Friday delivery, with no weekend delivery. To have your package processed and shipped the same day, order by 1 pm ET. FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes. For Saturday delivery arrangements, please call +1 (610) 901-3704. Orders are processed within 1 business day.

International Budget Shipping: Estimated delivery in 6 to 21 days, with no tracking available.

Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed, unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs for orders under $10 are calculated during checkout, considering factors like the selected carrier, distance, and package weight. Orders exceeding $200 or shipping to apartments may necessitate a signature upon delivery. Please note that for shipping rates, select the United States as the country for Puerto Rico and Guam, as they are U.S. territories.

We share your desire for top-quality, fast deliveries. Orders are processed in the order they are received, with exceptions for FedEx Express and USPS Priority shipments, which are expedited. Most paid shipping orders are typically processed by the next business day, and we handle each package with utmost care. Video Games cannot be held responsible for carrier delays in transit or missed estimated delivery dates. Be sure to allow extra time for major holidays when the Post Office and FedEx are closed. Verify your address for accuracy, as any package returned to Video Games due to an incomplete address will incur additional shipping fees upon reshipment. All orders are subject to stock availability, and prices are listed in US dollars.

Returns

  • Contact Video Games via email, phone, or live chat, providing details for your return (e.g., no longer wanted, damaged during transit, etc.).
  • Print the provided form and complete the required information. (If you lack a printer, handwrite the answers on paper and place it in the package.) Include the return form inside the box along with your item. Send the package to the designated address. (Keep your tracking number until we confirm receipt.) Upon receiving your return, we will proceed with your refund, store credit, or exchange.
  • Please be aware that returns lacking the requested information will experience longer processing times, and if we cannot identify the order/account, we won’t be able to process the return.

Warranty & Return Policy:

  • All products, whether new or used, purchased through Video Games, come with our 1-year free warranty.
  • If you are dissatisfied with any item, you have the option to return it for a hassle-free exchange or store credit within 1 year. Additionally, you can request a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) within 30 days of the order date.
  • Our price guarantee policy at Video Games permits you to request a price adjustment within 30 days of the purchase date if you discover a lower price for an identical item on VideoGames.com. The price adjustment will be provided in the form of store credit to your Video Games account.
